Back in 1999, a few pioneers wrote a book called The Cluetrain Manifesto. In this book, they wrote their own “95 Theses”. The first one was simply: “Markets are Conversations.”
That’s the power of the web – markets are now conversations. Real human beings can connect with the real humans behind that huge company. Conversations are happening, thanks to the internet.
